Bobaas Canopies was founded by Hennie Boshoff in 1967. It started as a small business run from his garage in Three Rivers Vereeniging.
One year later he moved to the MITCO Building in Vereenining.
At the end of 1970 Erasmus Boshoff (Boem) started working for his older brother. Sixteen years later Hennie decided to move on to new ventures.
Boem saw potential in growing Bobaas to the successful and well known business it is today. There for, the company has been running for over 50years!
He is currently in the process of handing over the reins to his daughter, Danel McIntyre and long time employee, Daron de Jager.
